1. BitTorrent and Copyright Infringement

Users are strictly prohibited from using our services to engage in any BitTorrent (BT) activities, including downloading or distributing copyrighted content via BT.
If we receive a copyright infringement notice involving a BT-related violation on your account, the affected account will be suspended immediately.
Reactivation is only possible if the account holder agrees to pay any fines incurred due to the infringement.

2. Illegal Activities

You may not use our services to engage in illegal activities, nor to promote or distribute dangerous or illegal content.

3. Spam, Malware, and Phishing

• You may not use our services to send spam, including unsolicited marketing or promotional content.
• Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code is strictly forbidden.
• Phishing and deceptive practices are also strictly prohibited.

4. Bulk Email and Phishing

Sending bulk, unsolicited, or phishing emails using our services will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Hate Speech

Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected attributes (e.g., race, religion, gender, sexual orientation) is strictly prohibited.

6. Terrorism

Terrorist organizations are forbidden from using our services. Content that promotes terrorism, incites violence, or celebrates terrorist acts will be removed and reported.

7. Personal and Confidential Information

Do not share or distribute others’ personal or confidential information (e.g., passwords, credit card details, private media) without explicit consent.

8. High-Risk Use Cases

Our services may not be used in high-risk environments (e.g., aircraft control, life support systems, nuclear facilities).
We make no warranties regarding suitability for such applications.

9. Child Exploitation

Any form of child exploitation content, including simulations, is strictly prohibited.
Such content will be reported to law enforcement, and accounts will be terminated.

10. Adult Content

• Adult content is permitted but must be clearly labeled as “adult” in settings.
• Commercial adult material, illegal pornography, or non-consensual content is not allowed.

11. Harassment, Bullying, and Threats

We prohibit harassment, abuse, threats, or incitement to harm others, including gender-based or malicious behavior.

12. Violent Content

Violent or graphic content must not be published to shock or intimidate users.
For journalism, education, or art, appropriate context and warnings are required.

13. Use by Minors

Users must be at least 16 years old.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

14. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

18. Public Disclosure of Node or Server Information

Do not publicly share:

• Server configuration files
• Subscription URLs
• IP addresses, ports, domains, or passwords
  Violating this will result in account termination.

19. Use of Third-Party Converters

Avoid using untrusted third-party subscription converters.
Use only trusted or local tools to prevent misuse of your data.

20. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
